With sensitive skin, I worry about the Sodium Hydroxide concentration. How is this practical and controlled??

This is a great question.
You can’t make soap without using Sodium Hydroxide (also known as lye). If you ever see a product labeled as “soap” that doesn’t include it, it’s likely a detergent or synthetic cleanser instead.
The good news is, once it’s combined with an oil or fat, it goes through the saponification process.
This process makes the lye harmless and neutralizes it, making it untraceable in the final product and safe for skin, including sensitive skin like yours.
I understand the importance of knowing what goes into the products you use, and I can assure you that not only are our soaps formulated to nourish sensitive skin, but we also never use fragrance oils and only use the best ingredients
